Order Process

• Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes, such as GST, unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not guarantee order acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability or other issues, with a full refund provided.
• Custom Orders: Custom products, such as tailored curtains or blinds, are non-returnable unless defective, due to their personalized nature.

Payment Terms

Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the listed amount. We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, and bank transfers. For custom orders, a non-refundable deposit may be required before production begins.

Shipping and Delivery

We aim to deliver products within the estimated timelines provided at checkout, typically 7–14 business days for standard orders and 14–21 business days for custom orders. Delivery times may vary due to location or unforeseen circumstances. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location within India.

Returns and Warranty

Return Policy

• Standard Products: You may return standard (non-custom) products within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is defective.
• Custom Products: Due to their personalized nature, custom orders are non-returnable unless defective or incorrectly fulfilled.

Warranty

Our products come with a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects, covering issues such as stitching errors or material faults.
